The Senior LinkAge Line is a free, statewide service of the Minnesota Board on Aging in partnership with Minnesota’s area agencies on aging. The Senior LinkAge Line helps older Minnesotans and caregivers find answers and connect to the services and support they need.
The Senior LinkAge Line is a service of the Minnesota Board on Aging in partnership with Central Minnesota Council on Aging and Minnesota’s other area agencies on aging. Whether you are looking for housing resources, health insurance, home services, or caregiver supports the specialists on this free, statewide service are there to help. They will find the particular service you need or help evaluate the situation to determine what kind of service might be helpful. Directing you to a provider, they can conduct three-way calls and offer follow-up as needed.
Senior LinkAge Line specialists are trained health and human services professionals. They offer objective, neutral information about services available for older Minnesotans and their caregivers. Call Senior LinkAge Line at: 800-333-2433, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm or to schedule an in-person visit with an advocate at one of our community sites.
Providers and other partners can use the Senior LinkAge Line referral website to submit referrals. It also has a new general referral option to provide help to older adults, so anyone can make a referral with the person’s consent.
